All Sales Are Final

At Apex Offroad LLC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, including wheels, tires, suspension components, lighting, or accessories.

Before You Order It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify correct fitment, bolt pattern, offset, size, and compatibility with their vehicle before placing an order. We strongly encourage customers to contact us with any fitment questions prior to purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@apexoffroadllc.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue at our discretion.

Manufacturer Defects Warranty claims for manufacturer defects are handled directly through the manufacturer. Apex Offroad LLC is not responsible for warranty coverage and makes no representations regarding manufacturer warranty terms.

Off-Road Use Disclaimer True beadlock wheels and certain off-road products are sold for off-road use only and are not DOT approved for street use. No returns or refunds will be issued based on local laws or regulations regarding the use of these products.
