2. Products & Fitment All product fitment, sizing, bolt pattern, and offset information is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify prior to purchase. Apex Offroad LLC makes no guarantees regarding vehicle compatibility. When in doubt, contact us before ordering.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error.

4. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping Orders are processed and shipped from our location. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Apex Offroad LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.

6. All Sales Final All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Off-Road Products Disclaimer Certain products, including true beadlock wheels, are sold for off-road use only and are not DOT approved for street use. The buyer assumes all responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability Apex Offroad LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through our store, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or property damage.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
